Visual

  • Text resizable to 200% without loss of content or function
  • All text meets minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 (normal) and 3:1 (large text)
  • Color is never the sole means of conveying information
  • All images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are skipped by screen readers
  • No content flashes more than three times per second

Navigation & Keyboard

  • Skip to Main Content link is the first focusable element on every page
  • Proper ARIA landmarks: banner, navigation, main, contentinfo

Built on WordPress with Elementor, delivered through the SnapSite.us platform. Technologies relied upon for conformance: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), WAI-ARIA 1.2.

Tested with NVDA + Chrome, JAWS + Edge, VoiceOver + Safari (macOS & iOS), TalkBack + Chrome (Android).

5. Known Limitations

Areas We Are Actively Improving

The following known limitations exist. Accessible alternatives are available upon request (Section 6).

  • Third-party embeds (payment portals, maps, social feeds) are provided by external vendors. We work with vendors to improve accessibility but cannot fully control third-party content.
  • Legacy PDFs published before 2024 may not be fully tagged. Accessible versions available upon request.
  • Live video streams may lack real-time captions. Recordings are captioned within 5 business days.
